Hi. I'm Kimberly.

I love web/graphic design.

Recognized by my peers and family as “GeekyMom,” I’ve been a long-time student and teacher of computer technology.  What began as a passing interest in computers many years ago has led me to teaching Community College computer classes, performing computer upgrades and repairs, and completing a degree in Web Technologies.

After learning quite a bit about basic web design on my own, in January 2008 I decided that it would be in my best interest to pursue a formal education in web design in order to add a little accreditation to my name.  I have since completed a Web Technologies degree through Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, N.C.  I am now looking for work in the web and/or graphic design field in both a professional telecommuting setting and in a freelance manner. 

My most recent venture is a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. I believe this degree compliments both my web technologies degree and community college teaching experience.
My scheduled completion date is Summer 2012.
