to computers, digital cameras and all electronics. She has
helped me with learning how to use my computer, shortcuts etc.
as well as cleaning up and installing software on my
computer. Her knowledge is excellent and she is willing to
answer questions in terms that allow someone to understand
instead of using "computer language". When she teaches and
answers questions, she helps the person and does not make
him/her feel poorly for asking or not knowing the answers.
Just this morning, my daughter asked me to
pull up a picture I had taken from my digital camera, put in
on my computer screensaver as well as print it. I told her I
didn't know how to do that. Her response was that I needed to
get Kimbo to help me. Even my 7 year old recognizes the
knowledge that Kimbo has with computers and electronics.
